A building materials cluster GCMC has joined the Infrastructure Builders Association. In the framework of bilateral cooperation, ICCA, as a leading sectoral association, will actively work to support the Georgian Construction Materials Manufacturers Association in several key areas. In turn, GCMC will strengthen the Association of Georgian Building Materials Manufacturers.
The Georgian Building Materials Cluster (GCMC) was established in December 2020 with the support of the ongoing EU-funded project – Clusters for Development. This project is implemented by GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation). The cluster unites small and medium enterprises operating in the construction sector of Georgia – one of the leading industries in the country.
