JSC “Panex”, a joint venture of “ICES” LLC and JSC “Partnership Fund of Georgia”, was established in 2015. At the initial stage it became the first company in the Republic of Georgia manufacturing sandwich panels. Today, “Panex” is manufacturing wall and roof sandwich panels for diverse customers, ranging from builders of single-family homes and architects to contractors, dealers and industrial builders. In the manufacturing plant, that is located on the 17th km of the Rustavi highway, employees try their best to offer high quality products and services that will be tailored to customer needs. The company believes that with the help of such a flexible process it is possible to develop production and capture a significant market share.

The company “Luka” was founded in 2007 in Batumi. Today, the company is a regional dealer of KNAUF in Adjara and offers its customers gypsum and cardboard tiles, also other building materials, both wholesale and retail prices. In addition to imports, one of the main activities of the company is the production of gypsum board profiles, roofing materials and accessories. The enterprise is fully equipped with modern computer equipment, which makes it possible to make an order tailored to customers wishes and needs. Since 1990 the company has changed many names, but today operates under the name “Kraft”. The company started its activities at a time when the construction business in Georgia was not properly developed and, consequently, there was less competition. This free space was perceived as a unique opportunity in the company and as a result of hard work, in 2007 “Kraft” was founded as a brand.
