The German Metrology Institute (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt|PTB) conducted Rapid Quality Infrastructure Market Potential Assessment for Georgia. Based on the results of the study and the discussions among the stakeholders, the value chain of construction materials was selected for further project interventions at the initial stage. In view of this, GCMC actively cooperates with PTB to improve the QI for construction materials and mitigate relevant challenges.

PTB is implementing the regional project “Quality Standards for Increased Trade in the Eastern Partnership Countries” (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).
