The company Akustiko was founded in 2014 when there was no specialized company in the field of acoustics in Georgia. From the very first day of its establishment, the goal of the founders of the company and the entire team was to make a significant contribution to the development of the field of acoustics throughout the country. Today “Akustico” is a leader in the local market and competes well with acoustic companies representing neighboring countries.
Akustiko became a member of the Georgian building materials cluster in 2020, a few weeks before the start of the pandemic. The base cost of creating the cluster was exactly in line with the company’s business development vision. That is why the cooperation between the companies took place in the first days.
The field of acoustics is one of the components of the construction industry part. The acoustics business is a niche business that has to overcome various obstacles. The representatives of the company think that the cluster is a suitable platform for sharing experiences and opinions with others. Among them, participation in the 2022 Yerevan construction exhibition was particularly important, which gave the company an impetus to export. In addition, with the financing of GIZ, Akustiko received important consulting services in the direction of ISO 9001:2015, and the company is ready to complete this process shortly.
